By using our services you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
You are not allowed to:
- violate German or United States law
- harm third
with any of our services.
Particularly with regard to files this includes that you are not allowed to
handle files which:
- are illegal or in violation of German or United States law
- are pedophiliac. This includes but is not limited to persons under the age
of 18 either posing as models or taking part in sexually implicit or
explicit situations
- contain pornogrophy
- infringe on the copyrights of any entity. This includes but
is not limited to copyrighted photographs as well as files for which
user lacks usage and/or distribution permissions
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any loss, liability, claims,
damages and expenses including attorneys fees arising from or related to the
content, use or deletion of content you provide or arising from your usage of
any of our services.
We reserve the right to:
- discontinue, modify or replace provided services
- exclude individuals or content which they are liable for (for example files)
at any time without prior notification. In no way we are liable for resulting damages.
Privacy Statement
Even if we try to avoid - some services require personal information.
We use them in order to provide requested services, prevent harm from third
and compile non-personal statistics.
We may share information with third in limited circumstances, including
when complying with legal process, preventing fraud or harm, and ensuring the
security of our services.
